Helpful hints:
1. Never rub stains too hard as this can damage the carpet fibres
2. Always work from the outer edge of the stain inwards.
3. Make sure you allow the area that you have cleaned to completely dry.
4. Try to deal with the stain immediately.

Blood/Red Wine:

Try to deal with the stain immediately, pour salt very generously over the stain and press down allowing the salt to work to the base of the carpet, leave for a few hours then hover finally rinse with 3 parts warm water and 1 part detergent (woollen) then blot the excess with a paper towe.

White Wine:

Mix 3 part of warm water to 1 part of detergent (woollen) work with cloth then rinse with clean water, then blot excess with a paper towel.

Coffee/Beer/Cola/Juices:

Mix 1 part warm water to 3 parts of soda water and work though with cloth, leave the cloth on top for a few minutes then rinse with clean water then blot excess with a paper towel.

Mud and Dirt:

Allow stain to dryand then vacuum using the nozzle as well, if stain is still visible use 1 part detergent to 3 parts water and work through, then rinse with water then blot excess with paper towel.

Gravy/sauces/urine:

Mix 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts of water.
Using a cloth, rub the stain and leave for 10mins, then rinse with warm water and finally blot excess with paper towel.

Candle Wax:

Allow wax to set, remove as much as you can by scrapping the wax gently with a blunt knife and vacuum the excess wax.
Place a terry cloth on top of the stain. Plug in your clothes iron and make sure your iron is on a low heat. Place iron on top of the terry cloth and make sure you keep moving the cloth so it can absorb the wax as its melting.

Chewing Gum:
In order to remove the chewing gum you first need to freeze it, place ice on top of the chewing gum then when the gum becomes hard pick it off and repeat if necessary.
